- Applications and users: what it will run (ERP, files, databases, virtualization) and how many people use it.
- Data and growth: how much information it stores today and how much it is expected to grow.
- Compatibility: with the software, licenses and equipment you already have.
- Continuity: what happens if something fails, how data is backed up and how long operations can afford to stop.
- Warranty and support: coverage and response times that match how critical the server is.
The final configuration (processor, memory, drives, power supplies) is confirmed model by model in the proposal.

Warranty, support, renewal and financing
- HP Care Pack extended warranty: depending on the device, extensions to 3, 4 or 5 years with on-site service and, in some cases, predictive failure alerts and accidental damage cover.
- Configuration and setup: defined for each project, so systems arrive ready to use.
- Windows 10 end of support: Microsoft ended support in October 2025. We check which computers can move to Windows 11 Pro and which are better replaced.
- Planned renewal: refresh in stages so operations keep running.
- Project financing: available, subject to evaluation.

Which server does my company need?
It depends on which applications it will run, how many people use them, how much data it stores and how much you expect to grow. Before quoting, we review those points and what you already have installed, so we can propose an HPE server with the capacity you need, without falling short or overpaying.
Where can I buy HPE servers in Argentina with financing?
SMARTLEDGE works in partnership with HP Enterprise and HP Business and supplies the full HP and HPE portfolio (servers, workstations, notebooks, desktops, printers and Poly) to companies and SMBs in Argentina. Project financing is available, subject to evaluation.
Notebook, desktop or workstation?
It depends on the role: people on the move need a light notebook with good battery life; a fixed desk gets more from a desktop; and design, engineering, data or AI work calls for a workstation with professional graphics and certified software.
What should I do with PCs still running Windows 10?
Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 in October 2025, so those computers no longer get free security updates. We check which ones can move to Windows 11 Pro and which are better replaced, and plan the refresh in stages.
Can the warranty on HP equipment be extended?
Yes. HP Care Pack services extend the warranty depending on the device (for example to 3, 4 or 5 years), with on-site service and, in some cases, predictive failure alerts and accidental damage cover. We define this in the proposal.
